Jane's Chalet is situated on Miami-Beach Chalet Park, Sutton-on-sea 2 miles south of Mablethorpe. With 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk into the village where there is a spar supermarket, chemist, post office and restaurants.

The chalet is clean and comfortable. Comprises of

• Futon single bed and a double sofa bed in living room with television.
• Bedding available on request.
• Bathroom has a shower.
• Kitchen has a microwave cooker fridge-freezer.
• Small dining area.
• Easy access to chalet with one small step.
• Pets welcome.
• Car parking directly outside chalet.
• Jungle-club on site from 7.00pm onwards daily.
• Dogs welcome in the club.
