Sunny Side is a spacious bungalow conveniently located within 2 minutes walking distance of the beach. The property has recently been totally refurbished.
Accommodation
Sleeps up to 10 people. There are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite. One single bed room with two beds and a fourth room with two single beds and a set of bunk beds,
A travel cot is available on request.
There is a family bathroom with shower.
The living room is cosy and spacious with a gas fire. TV with DVD – a selection of DVD’s is available for guests to use.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances including a dishwasher and drinks chiller.
The back garden is totally enclosed and the gate to the front driveway can be bolted.
There is parking for three cars, one on the driveway and two on the road side.
Bedding can be provided at an extra cost.
Prices are as follows:
From January to March - £350.00 per week
From April to June - £400.00 per week
From July to September - £600.00 per week
From October to December- £300.00 per week
